Order Sony Speakers Model V41D and the product received was damaged. Then I placed the request for replacement for the product after 5 days I received the message from Paytm that my return request was rejected after that I put an formal complaint about it through customer care and after that I was informed that my account has been restricted and I cannot place any return until my restriction is removed. I even file a complaint on what grounds my account was restricted and got a reply from Paytm due to misuse of return policy / promotion offers in the past transactions my account was restricted but there is no such activity on my account, even asked Paytm to let me know which are the transactions on which they think I have misused any of there services and still they haven’t responded. Now I am with a damaged product of 28K, video of the damaged product while opening it, all the call recording with the company persons and no support.
