purchased Anouk kurta with churidar and dupata from myntra. I received it on 2nd Nov’21. I open the package and found its used product without price tag. 3rd Nov’21 I raised return request with same return reason. On 4th Nov return pickup agent denied to accept the product without price tag then I called customer care so many time but still they don’t help me and saying we can’t accept without price tag. I asked them for their quality check video but they didn’t send me as this is private. I talked to superior but still didn’t accept my return req of the product. I’m so tired of doing this. Please help me.
