Text of Complaint by MANOJ:

On 15th November 2021, I have applied for MNP from JIO to BSNL and successfully submit the required documents in BSNL and received all basic information and details of sim activation. But JIO rejected my MNP request by saying UPC code expired . On 18th November 2021, I again shared new UPC code in BSNL. But JIO is creating problems in it. Help me in this matter please.
