i ordered a shoe from paytm Red tape, but I got duplicate and defective pair. Hence I request for refund I don’t want to pay price for duplicate. On 24 th Dec I requested for refund,but till no pickup has been uranged.
Ther is no any chancel to call to thier executive.
I have sent 100 times msg to them , but no revert received till date.
