Hi
I am Preema Prasanna from Kerala.I had ordered 2 kurthis on january 2025 and received on 07 january from Meesho
Due to size issue I requested return and refund for both kurthis on 07 and 08 jan respectively and till today no one came to picked up the kurthis.Whenever i am messaging with customer care i am getting some sort of fixed answers as same will be picked up and till date nothing happened.The cost of 2 kurthis are worth Rs.312 and Rs.430.I sent mails to Valmo courier ,which is showing as their delivery partner but didn’t receive any reply
kindly do the needful to get my money
I had chosen all issues easy returns and still facing these difficulties.i want my money back
Asap.i am attaching order details and return attemts with this mail.Pls do the needful asap
