Dear sir/madam,
I purchased a Jacket for my mother , I just gifter her and she received the parcel from myntra . As she opened the parcel , she found that it was a damaged product , along with that it had strain on some places. So I requested myntra for return , they refused my request , several times a did , I called them .I tried my best to convince them. But they refused everything.
Sir/ madam I request you to please help me out.
