Hi,

We ordered a temple(not so big) from Meesho but received it in damaged condition. So, we thought of returning/exchange it back but everytime the pick up is scheduled, the delivery person refuse to pick up the parcel mentioning that the parcel is big & the company should arrange another pickup vendor with big vehicle to pick up the order but nothing is happening from last 2-3 times & we’re stuck with the damaged product.
We called Meesho support multiple times but not getting any support from their end as well.
