Hello Grievance Officer,
There are two instances where I was given very bad customer support by Flipkart and my issue was considered as null and void by the platform.
1] Order ID:- OD428297474591343100 Case summary:- I had ordered for a brand new MOTOROLA Edge 40 (Eclipse Black, 256 GB) (8 GB RAM) with an exchange offer of Mi Redmi 9 Prime(₹6,150- amount promised by flipkart for the exchange of the old mobile), the IMEI number of the previous Mi redmi 9 prime phone is 869496040563728. The pickup was denied stating that the IMEI was a mismatch, despite the customer care confirming that it is a match. Buyback option was given in which I had to forcefully take the gift card in return, after my denial for the gift card the case was closed and left unbothered by flipkart.
2] Order Id:- OD428796780648368100 Case Summary:- The initial product arrived dead, I had to take the replacement for the dead product. The replaced product when arrived at my doorstep was also dead and was not switching on. I was asked to do the replacement, however the courier guy came to the doorstep opened the replaced product even that was dead and not switching on. I am not being forced to take the dead product and there is no resolution given.
No refund is being given by flipkart and I am going to post this online on mine and my friends social media handle with all the video proofs and the call recordings with the Customer care. I have all the proofs with the video recordings and the call recording of the Customer Care interaction to provide to the relevant Judge in the Consumer Court.
