I ordered a top from Myntra and due to fitting issue i raised the return request same day. But every time the pick up guy would cancel the return with false reason and he put my return on hold. Neither anyone picked up the item nor i was able to cancel or re-raise the return request. I was stuck. I called the customer care and they said that the item will be picked up but no one came and then i finally got the message saying that my return request has been declined as the item did not pass the quality check. Now the return window has closed and k cannot raise the return request for this item anymore. My question is when did Myntra asses the quality of the product they never picked up from my place. Myntra has my money and they are not returning it. It’s a total fraud, scam.
