It’s a worst application I have come across. Amazon is literally the best.
Recently I placed order on 4th July & got it delivered on 5th July. Due to fitting issue placed return request & they have rejected it in quality check.I called several times to customer care to check the exact issue but no help & then I requested for the re shipping so that again I can request for returns but till 9th July no update & asking me to wait till 12th July.Their pick up person has also made a mistake, I live in a society so i returned the parcel & as i received the msg i came back to my apartment. Around 7 PM I got a call from him that he left the package on the bench near security guard, informed him that its there lying without package & he collected it again.Order ID #124037623690698916401 Invictus.
Till today ie 9th July i am waiting for refund or re shipping details but no response
Escalated issue till manager level but nothing. Not even a apology mail.
