I have ordered VANHEUSEN Blazer on 10th Dec’23 with order ID – OD329905223886262100 for
3159 INR. I received the product on 12th Dec’23 didn’t have MRP tag and raised return request on same day as fitment also not OK. The logistic delivery person declined saying it doesn’t have MRP tag on 13th Dec’23. I have raised a complaint through customer care and they given resolution date by 18th Dec’23. They have asked me to upload photos against the order and done the same on 17th Dec’23 and clarified with flipkart customer care they said this is OK. To my surprise on 18th Dec’23 flipkart rejected my return request and again spoke to customer care they said to reupload photos. The amount of harassment is unbearable as there is no accountability in customer care service for resolving the issue. I request you to file complaint against flipkart for refund of amount. It looks like they are desperately doing this for no fault of me.
