Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased Sony SA-D40 4.1 Channel Multimedia Speaker System with Bluetooth (Black) from Amazon on14 October 2021. I had placed the order on 14 October 2021 and received my order on 1 week. The order Id is 408-9341246-0162760. However, upon receiving the product, I found out it is not working correctly. After contacting the customer service, I booked for a return with the assurance of refund within 2-3 days (Return received
We will process your refund in 2-3 days. Once your refund is processed, it can take 2-3 business days for the refund appear in your bank account or credit card statement.). Hence clearly indicating this issue returned the product on SAME DAY.
It has been 4 days since I have returned the product, but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to the customer service, there is no proper response regarding this matter.
I need to mention that I am utterly disappointed with this kind of respond and behaviour from a reputed company like yours. I chose your portal due to its on-time delivery and a high quality. But this issue has disturbed me. I had not expected this kind of product from Amazon and also this issue of losing my money on such faulty products. I request you to solve my issue either by refunding or replacing the product.
