I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delay in the pickup of my return order, which has been pending since 10th June 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response or action taken from your end. I have followed all return procedures as per your return policy and received confirmation that a pickup would be scheduled. However, more than 8 days have passed, and the item has not been collected. This delay is highly unprofessional and inconvenient.
