Dear sir,
My name is Ramkrushnahari Gaikwad.i was ordered Amazon,Plastic chair, which was delivered on 23rd March 2021.
But it was damaged. its back leg was cracked. i want to returned it.
when i called the customer care they told me return will be initiated.
but not return pick up by agent till now.
customer care only told that your issue is highlighted, escalated but not come any result.
And they told money will not refund till Return pick up initiated.
Please Help me.
