Sir/Mam,
My name is Bindu pathak.
I did order a product on 14th august which got delivered to me on 21st august.
Order id-OD328888238208923100
Product was different and because of that i filed for return&refund.
Next day the delivery boy came and in stead of returning the product he started accusing me of returning a damaged product in spite of it being totally intact and in a manner of behaving very rude and unprofessional,
he did not return the product.
I complained to customer care about him and also to return the product.
After that again the same delivery boy came to return the product and again misbehaved and accused us of returning a different damaged product
And did not accept it again.
It was a shocking moment
The product costs 5224 rupees and this amount of money is big deal for us.
We have been customers of flipkart for a long time and lately this kind of incidents are happening very now and then.
Please help.
Since there are limited number of days to return any product and because of the negligence of the delivery boy customer care assured us that number of days to return the product will increase but it did not happen and we are stuck.
The recording of every issue related to my account must be in your system.
Please help.
I m attaching all the queries related to this issue.
I have also submitted the photo of delivered item to us on my behalf.
