I subscribed to Airtel’s ₹3,599 annual plan, which offers 2GB of daily data and unlimited 5G data beyond this limit. However, after consuming the daily 2GB, my internet speed drops below 64kbps, rendering both 4G and 5G unusable. (Screenshot attached mentions – the unlimited 5g is over and above data plan)
Despite multiple complaints via email, the Airtel app, and customer support calls, the issue remains unresolved. Each time, I’m told it will be fixed within 24 to 48 hours, but no tickets are generated, nor am I provided with progress updates.
This problem has persisted for couple of months. I request either a prompt resolution or a refund, as this experience feels deceptive—enticing customers into long-term recharges without delivering the promised services.
