I am kiran .I currently made a order of varanga kurta from Myntra but there was a size issue so I returned it. But the shadowfax delivery partner neither came for pick up my return nor he picked my call and incorrectly report that he was unable to connect with me. They do the same thing in all three attempt and now they wrongly updated the incorrect status When I called him he made excuses and hang upon the call.. is this is the way you interact with your customer .. irresponsible delivery partner neither the have way to speak with customer.. Disgusting deliver channel I have ever seen and disgusting shopping app I have ever used My return id was 4199573574 . I made complaint to both theeir deliver channel and Myntra both but they didn’t hear and resolve my problem yet
