I initiated this return on 30th May 2022. More than 45 days passed but still return is pending. This return is rescheduled or recreated more than 17 times. No one came for pickup and contacted me but still return marked as failed by showing reasons as the door was locked, box was missing, price tag was missing etc. I have box packed as i received originally from 30th May. I have contacted customer service more than 50 times but still no solution. I was promised refund multiple time but they never honoured there words.
Multiple times escalation is raised but still no solution.
