An Unconsented Order with order id 997583516459_1 was delivered on 19th of october .After that i filed the complaint for return with ticket No 697541175934 and its been about 4 weeks the pick up has not been done . They just sent mails that they will pick up the order in 3-4 days and your money will be refunded but no action has been taken .
