Text of Complaint by Akram Shaikh:

i have purchased SURYAVIVA Photon Auto 3B BK Toughened Glass 3 Cast
Iron Burner Gas Stove(Auto,Black) Glass Automatic Stove (3 Burners)
order id – OD329840109263322100 its has been a month since im trying
to return this product but due to your bad service it is getting
canceled again and again first the deliver agent did not called me and
raised a fake complain that i have i did not answered their phone
calls and after that i got a call from the backend department of
flipkart and they told me that the tracking id is lost so we need to
cancel your return request and i told them it alright but after that
again the same thing happened i re-initiated the return request the
delivery boy came and told me that i cannot pick up this order because
i am having an activa i called the customer support and the customer
support had a word with delivery boy and told me they will raise a
complaint against the delivery boy and told me that new delivery agent
will be assigned to me and the product will be picked up soon after
that again i recived a call from backend and the same thing that my
tracking id is lost , i told me them that i dont want to cancle my
return request but against my will the backend cancled my return
request and now again i spoke with customer support and raised the
request again about it i am tired of this kind of service which i am
receving from your side so please do look after this issue and these
