I purchased SBi fastag from an agent at Manesar toll plaza on 23-Dec-23. After activating fastag, I crossed toll plaza and an amount of Rs.80 was deducted.
I went to a resort for vacation and my vehicle was parked at resort from 23-Dec-23 5.30pm till 24-Dec-23 till 2pm.
1. Now on 24-Dec I got sms at around 12.30pm that an amount of Rs.170 debit from my fastag at some Shahjahanpur toll plaza. How is this possible ? when I didn’t go any where and an amount was debited ?
2. Today I checked in login of my SBI fastag that Rs.80 debit is showing for 23-Dec again for the same Manesar toll plaza. How is this possible when one transaction of crossing the toll plaza is already debited ? How come it is charged twice ?
When I’m trying to register complaint from this link : https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/ the complaint is not getting registered. I tried multiple times, but no complaint/service request number is generated.
SBI fastag seems a fraud. Refund my money of Rs.170 and Rs.80 incorrectly debited and close this sbi fastag immediately. You guys are fraud, I’ll file legal complaint against you.
