I have purchased one pair of earrings from malabar gold and diamonds. I received a letter from malabar gold and diamonds with the order saying that weight of gold is less, so they will initiate a refund for same. Since, no action was taken I returned the product. Seller also approved return, but amazon is not initiating pickup.
