i ordered a phone back cover. it cam 2nd September 2023 and when i open thes box i saw the cover was broken and dirty(used product). i return thes product but 3 time delivery partner came and refused to return. i call meesho customer care and they say my ammount was initiated on my account but i have no money received. thank you
