Text of Complaint by Gokula Krishnan:

Sir
I am using the Vodafone sim , for this sim we had paid 10000rs/- as an advance for using the sim in abroad when this is in postpaid number.

And on April month i changed this number to prepaid on perambur Vodafone store.

They informed me after 15 days the amount will be refund to the address which i given as a proof.

But still now i did not received my advance amount.

And i have contacted the Vodafone store at perambur they are telling that cheque as been couriered to the address and person as collected the cheque on Sep 6 2021.

The person name is Kavitha.

But no one is there in that name in my home. Kindly register the complaint regarding this.

And i need the person details who collected and the courier person details too.

Kindly take an immediate action . Waiting for your reply.

I need my advance back as soon as possible or else pay my advance with intertest base because already i waited for 6 months.

Kindly call me for any clarifications.
