I have raised return request for 3 products , but nobody is picking my order. Have been chasing them for more than 15 days. but every time same response, we will get back to you.
Grievance office is not taking any action

  1. – On 16th February,2023 I received the order I placed “KIMAYRA PRINTED ROUND-NECK KURTA SET WHICH COSTED ME RS. 968.99”. Due to quality issues I requested a return of that product which was accepted & the pick up for the same was scheduled for 19th February,2023 under the Return ID: RT99907943.

    – On 19th February,2023 the delivery partner of Ajio came to my place & picked-up the product after scanning the bar code, taking the picture of product, checking all the tags, counting the no. of items in the packet & then after careful validation of product packed the product in another packet & take it with him.

    – On 20th February,2023 I received mail from Ajio that my product was picked up on 19th February,2023 under the Return ID: RT99907943.
    I was rest assured that I’ve submitted the product & now will get the refund by 1st March,2023.

    – On 1st March,2023 I received a mail mentioning in quality check they found the product I returned was Non-Ajio & cannot refund my money but will reship me the product back in 3-4 days. To which I thought may be KIMAYRA PRINTED ROUND-NECK KURTA SET is a Non-Ajio product that could be a reason the refund cannot be processed & I connected with customer care & they mentioned the same that KIMAYRA PRINTED ROUND-NECK KURTA SET is a Non-Ajio product & my product will be reshipped to me in 3-4 days.

    I waited for my product to reach me.

    – On 3rd March,2023 I received a SMS from Ecom Express that my product will be delivered to me on 3rd March,2023 .
    Shipment details: QWIK SUPPY CHAIN shipment 9367121034. OTP: 9496. PIN: 00245-Ecom Express

    When the delivery person came to my home I was shocked when he gave me the product back. Without opening it I can see from the packaging it is not the product I returned to the respective partner on 19th February,2023. I even mentioned to the delivery person that this is not the product I ordered or sent back.

    I opened the product while making a video as I was sure this is not the product I sent as it was a very small packaging inside. I made whole unboxing video & after several talks with the customer service team I dropped mails to customercare@ajio.com with video of unboxing in proof. They kept generating the complaint number but no resolution was provided to me until I start writing mails to their Grievance Office at grievance.officer@ajio.com. Still that person kept mailing they cannot provide refund as it’s Non-Ajio product.

    I shared the correct product with all tags on & even the delivery person checked, took pictures & then packed the product & taken it back with him. Then how come they are sending me wrong product in reshipment? How can you trust the middlemen in between?

    After several mails & complaints the Grievance Officer understood my problem & again arranged a pickup for the wrong product delivered to me under the Return ID: RT102924995. This time I was careful & made video of sharing the product with their delivery partner. In that video their delivery person even mentioned the middlemen do these malpractices of stealing the things from packaging & using for their personal purposes.

    Now again even after submitting or returning the product the Ajio team is saying the product they received under the Return ID: RT102924995 is Non-Ajio which was so clear in the trail mails that the product they reshipped me was wrong product. Now how can they claim it is done by as I returned the same exact product again which they reshipped to me. Why such malpractices Ajio? Even their Grievance Officer promised over mail that the wrong product will be picked up & they’ll refund me my money in Ajio Wallet.

    Neither I received my original product back nor my money is refunded to me.

    I need my refund or else give me the product back which I submitted to you people on 19th February,2023.

    Stop the mental harassment of your customers it’s been 1+ month of all this suffering.
