Text of Complaint by Nirmalya Mukerji:

I have purchased a Fast Track 38068PP04 Street Wear digital watch from flipkart on the 13th of May 2023 with order id OD328055393598576100 and was delivered on the 14th of May 2023 . We had requested for a return and a refund and that was approved . First it was promised to be picked by 19th of May 23 , was not done and they mentioned they had logistics issues then the date was given as 24th for pick up it was again delayed to 26th of may 2023 and it was still not picked up , The customer care informed that Flipkart had logistics issue hence the customer has to wait for product to be picked up and the refunded . There is no information being given properly and promised dates are failed . We asked for the refund to be given and then the product being picked up in case of logistics issue which is not a customer concern but they denied that too . No calls from Senior managers are entertained or given to customers . Its frustrating . Kindly assist and help . I have contacted the Customer care more than fifteen times only to be harassed and given wrong dates and false promises and asked to wait .
