Text of Complaint by Trupti Jain:

I ordered few products from Ajio, out of which 2 products were defective. For the same I called customer care, to which they asked me to drop a mail. I did the same 2 months back. They arranged pick up of wrong product. From then it’s a continuous process I am calling customer care and they asked me to drop mail as they are concerned team and when j write mail, they simply apologize and again repeat same mistake. It’s been 2 months of harassment now and they are not resolving issue.
