ordered Nokia 6.1 plus
Order ID: OD113367545322266000 , but the handset had multiple issues like sim compatibility, overheating.
So I generated a return request on 24 sept, 2018 i.e. within the policy period of 10 days.
We got a call back from flipkart for troubleshooting on 24 sept itself but their representative cancelled the return request even though the issue with the phone wasn’t resolved and told us to wait for 2 days.
After 2 days they called us and told to change settings again and wait for 2 days
When nobody called back we called them telling that there’s still issue with the handset please return the product they told that someone will get in contact with you and told to write a mail as feedback, on 5th October I wrote a mail stating the issue to flipkart team.
After that I repeatedly called them they always asked to wait for 24 hrs and someone will get in touch with you but nobody did.
I called them every day they agreed that it’s a mistake from their end but didn’t returned the product.
After multiple calls and their managers and other higher authorities accepting that it’s a fault from their end, I got a call from one of their executives stating that if the Nokia service centre accepts that their is a problem with the handset than they will return the product and sent a mail for the same.
As being asked I went to the Nokia service centre and on observing the handset they accepted that their is a problem with the handset. On calling the flipkart service centre the Nokia service centre person accepted that their is problem with the handset on call but the flipkart guy was so stubborn and rude and wasn’t even ready to listen and said that they will not return the product. I have a recorded audio clip of this incident.
We have done everything they asked us to do, we called them almost everyday requesting to return the product and even though they accept that it’s a fault from their end on calls they are not returning the product.
It’s been over a month now and I am really fed up with them and they are literally mentally torturing and harassing the customer and some of their call centre people are so rude in talking and don’t even listen to the problem.
Please look into the issue and refund my money back.
