Hi Team,
It’s been more than 7 months since the time I have initiated the return request and it was raised well within time . I would like to tell you one thing that if items can be delivered they can be picked up as well. I really don’t know if they are interested in picking them up or not but in either case they are requested to credit the amount to my account. These platform are for the of ease customer and not for bothering them but because of the response which I am getting from their end I feel like using ajio platform was a big mistake.

There is a long trail mail going on for this issue. I have been asked to share the product images again n again which i did but still the issue is not being resolved and I am feeling mentally harassed from last so many months.
