i had ordered a watch from amazon. Which i had returned. A guy came and picked up the watch on third of October. After complaining for delayed refund, amazon is saying there was no pickup done as per their records. Amazon says a pickup was scheduled on second October which was failed and no attempt was further made. but i have returned the product on Third. Amazon is asking me to find out who was the person who took my return which is difficult for me. Amazon is taking no responsibility nor the warehouse is taking any responsibility about this return fraud.
