I ordered a pair of jeans from Off duty India on 11th March 2025, and received it on 21st march by paying 1790 rupees. Due to size issue i placed a return request on the same day i.e. 21st March 2025. and next day I received a message from pickup agent service i.e. Shiprocket that my agent will pick up my order on 22nd March 2025. after waiting whole day, I received a message that customer cancelled the pickup, but I didn’t even receive any call or anything from agent. Then i raised a complaint to off duty India and they told me that they reschedule the pickup. On 23rd March 2025 again i received a pickup message but again pickup agent did not attempt the pickup and mention address was not found. again, i raised a complained and again they tell me for reschedule pickup. on 24th march same thing happens with the pickup. and they are not even assisting me properly now.
