Text of Complaint by Aparna Menon:

I had placed an order for a top on Forever 21 for S size and I received M size instead. The product got delivered on Jan 25th 2023. So I placed a return request immediately. The return period for the same is 30 days from the date of delivery.
The return pickup was done on 27th Jan 2023 by a delivery person and I have returned the product to him. Now he is calling me and saying he somehow failed to update the return and he’s asking me to take back the product. But I need to return the product and get the refund. And the returned product is already with the delivery person. I’ve been trying to contact Forever 21 also regarding this issue but they are also not responding to my calls. Please help me find a solution to this.
