Text of Complaint by Rameshwar Gaikwad:

Selfcare mobile app of AJIO is not allowing to return the product after delivery
if the product is not worked then the online return/exchange prodcess did not worked for few days and later-on it is not allowing you to return back after 15 days. the return period count date should start when it is allowing to return but it is not allowing for initial 2 days. Also send them the product images and size issue to them over email as per the discussion with there call center executive (I have recorded audio clips) but they cancelled my return complaint and rejected to accept the product.
So I need here justice and hence raising complaint against AJIO online app/store(Ajio.com) organisation to not provide me any reason/cause of acceptance of product
