Text of Complaint by Sachin Vanjara:

1st of all Amazon delivered Damaged Wal Clock. Then when return and refund requested immediately. Amazon did not arrange pickup for last 4 days and causing stress to me sitting home last 4 days waiting for the someone to pickup damaged item. Pickup personnel rescheduled 4 times and wasted whole 4 days sitting at home.

My refund is being delayed by Amazon for for last 5 days now
