I requested for a swimming costume and on the same day requested to get it cancelled. I received an email that the order cannot be cancelled however I had the option of refusing the delivery or I can accept the delivery and organise for a personalise return and get a full refund. I contacted your staff via chat and a very helpful consultant back in Jan’21 organised for a call back and over the phone I was advised that they have contacted the seller who in turn will organise for a return and then initiate refund. I’ve not heard anything back from the seller. When I contacted Amazon Chat services, I have been told that sorry, we cannot assist you with your enquiry. This is cheating and I want a refund of this product.
