I have done booking at Hotel Snow view Manali from 17th Oct to 20th oct. The booking was done on 28th September. I did a transaction for amount 5182 on 28.9.2021 at Domestic Retail PT.
The amount has been deducted from my account but however the booking confirmation ID was not generated. I contacted the hotel they have confirmed there is no such booking in their system.
