I went to the restaurant at BOA village, cibil Lines, New Delhi. When I asked for the bill, restaurant charged Service charge on by bill when I asked the manager Mr Jaswant to remove these charges, he rudely replied no, we can’t remove these charges and this is our restaurant policy.
