Ref. Vodafone Idea Compliant No 1096102149
We have had 6-7 COCP nos at the cost of 99 per month.
We have recently been sent a bill for all nos stating we need to pay for RED Buus plan with a minimum of Rs. 250. Further, all the nos have near zero calls and data use. Moreover the signal we have been complaining been never sorted thus no calls.
The compliant is since these are company owned nos why was no formal communication done on emails or to the authority nor given warning.
We have decided to take this further legally.
