I have ordered from Glen’s bakehouse from Bannerghatta road Bangalore from Zomato. For sending 5 boxes stuffing the items in it they have charged rs. 120 for packing which is complete cheating. I have called the restaurant who says only head office of restaurant takes decisions. Please help. This is sooo much to pay just for packing. Zomato says that it is not responsible for the packing charges
