I have purchased Samsung wash machine ecobubble, Samsung refrigerator, Kent grand water purifier from Reliance digital DwarakaNagar, along with the resQ service coverage on 30/3/23. I had an issue with Kent water purifier so I raised a service complaint, it was repeatedly cancelled in the app by them. And one month passed trying to contact them directly, customer care , I initiated a request for refund of the resQ service amount, they said they would process in 10-15 days , it’s been a month I haven’t got any progress in the complain. The service amount is equivalent to purchase of an another electronic, the firm is unreliable. I would like to resolve the issue.
