Dear Sir,
My name is fathima najeeb. We lost our job due to corona and we started online cloth reselling business on july 4 2020. We are taking dress directly from suppliers when we are getting order. Our business is based on social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook and instagram. Suppliers, stockists and dealers send their product through WhatsApp group. One guy named rajendran p joined me to his group “dress.materials”, when i got 3 orders i ordered 3 salwar materials together from him and paid 1300inr through gpay using his gpay number +91 93606 61470 on 14 September 2020. After that i asked him tracking and he didn’t give me and said manufacturer is dealing with gst issue and so on. Today (19 September 2020) he removed me from his group and i felt some doubt about him. When i searched his phone number on Facebook one other reseller also put fraud alert about him that she ordered 6 items and being cheeted.
Please solve my issue and punish him.
