Dear Team
For your kind information that, I Mr.Sourav Podder from Tripura. Actually my airtel sim card was doing disturbing, like sometimes it says NO SIM CARD, INSERT SIM automatically.
After that today on 26-08-2022, I went to an Airtel Agent. Name is – Dipak contact details (9612772609). When I went to him and said that my airtel sim is doing disturbing. After that he changey old sim card to new sim card. And for that he has took the amount 150/- instead of 50/- and he said that this is Airtel Company Policy to take the charge for New Sim card.
