Requesting a return & refund of my payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

This letter serves as a formal request for return & a full refund on the product that I bought from Flipkart , through flipkart application.

I purchased a men’s jacket, and paid a total amount of 1149.

I have received completely different product in the package. I had complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaint about this issue but unfortunately there is no response on the same, so I am here to seek for your help.

I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a return the product within 10 days return product policy.

I attached the video that I made with the product as proof it was purchased from Flipkart company.

I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for returning the product and receiving a refund.
