I am from Hyderabad, forgot my important medicines and went to Goa on some work.My brother from Hyderabad booked DTDC courier on 10th Aug to Goa and while booking they promised that it will reach by 12th, but they didn’t. I finished my work in Goa and returned to Hyderabad on 14th. The DTDC delivery guy in Goa tried to deliver on 16th and called me and I said I am not in Goa now and requested him to do RTO and he said okay for that. But he didn’t do it and updated the status as “receiver refused delivery” which is completely a lie.Then I called DTDC customer care on 19th Aug and raised a ticket and they also promised that it will be resolved but nothing happened. And I raised another ticket # 3631328 on 22nd Aug but no response. And after two days I again called DTDC customer care and this time she promised me that it will be resolved by afternoon but nothing has been done. I again called DTDC customer care on 26th and spoke to “Manager Hitesh” this time and he also promised me that he will take it personally and resolve but nothing has happened. Every time I called I clearly mentioned they are very important Ayurvedic Medicines and are very expensive also and they are not available now to but also. I have never seen such a horrible service in my life and they don’t have any humanity even if some one is in danger without having medicines for 10 days so far.
