Dear Sir/Madam,
I have made a payment to ‘Baroda E Gateway’ – ‘Pay to Education SP’ on 15-07-2023 , an amount of Rs.792. with UPI Transaction Id- 236240908857. It was reduced from my account but not credited to my merchant ‘s account and also not recredited to my account.
All transaction detail attached. So kindly take the required action and refund that amount to my account as early as possible.
