Hi,

I sent request for disconnection of no – 8806299501 on  5th July 2017 and for clearing last month unbilled amount, I mailed corpcare.mah@vodafone.com on how to proceed as I was getting error invalid no. I got response that since no is disconnected I can not make payment online payment through website and I was shared NEFT details for direct transfer of money to account. I made payment of outstanding amount 443 on 3rd Aug 2017 and mailed details of transaction.

Even after making payment, I keep on getting calls for outstanding payment and asking for payment. I made very clear that payment has been done as per your suggested method. Your customer care executive assured me that they will transfer payment to Account no so that same will be updated in your records. As per their request, I again forwarded them details of transaction and they responded having forwarded my details for updation in their records. by 5/8/2017. Reference no shared was – 343319558

Details have not been updated in Vodafone records since 2 yrs and I am getting continuous mail as Legal Notice from Vodafone company. This is pathetic situation and extreme harassment asking to appear in court. I am not monitoring my mail id very regularly and can see Vodafone are just sending mails without checking records and details.

Now from last 2 months, I have been following up with them to update payment records. I have shared with them all requested evidences multiple times in last 2 months with Transaction details / account statement showing payment transferred.

Their customer care is pathetic who do not care to reply for 10 days. They reply after many days and just mention they have not received attachment. After sending all attachments multiple times, they took 1 month to find transaction details and always mentioned they are not able to find transaction id. On their request, I sent them Account statement as well from my bank from 2017 highlighting payment details. Again they mentioned, they can not trace transaction details in their system and they asked to follow up with bank. I have followed up enough on this matter and will not follow further with bank. today, they mentioned they can track only last 3 months payment details. I am surprised to know this after 2 months of continuous follow up. Were they not aware of this 2 months back and should have mentioned same that time not to waste my time unnecessary.

Still, case is yet not closed and they have mentioned to check details again. I am sure I am going to get same reply again. Please help me to file case on company for harassment without any fault of mine.

Due to this pathetic behavior of your company, I am forced to take legal action myself against Vodafone by approaching Consumer court.
