Text of Complaint by Divesh Vashisth:

I would like to bring to your attention that on 8th July, 2025, I had booked a Nuego bus from Delhi to Dehradun scheduled to depart at 7:10 PM. However, the bus departed from the boarding point at 9:30 PM, which is half an hour before the scheduled departure time of 10:00 PM.
As I had made the booking and payment through your online platform, I kindly request you to initiate a refund for the same at the earliest.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding. After further investigation, we can confirm that your pickup time was 9:35 PM at your designated location. The bus arrived on time, and several other passengers boarded from the same pickup point. We sincerely appreciate your continued patience and understanding.

    Hence, we kindly request all our passengers to be present at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
