Text of Complaint by Vivek:

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with a recent booking through Make My Trip for a holiday property. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations, and we feel compelled to request a complete refund for the following reasons: 1. **Incorrect Location:** The property’s actual location did not match the location described on your website, leading to significant inconvenience and a less enjoyable trip. 2. **Poor Hygiene:** The property was unsanitary, with spit stains on the walls and floor, making it impossible to walk barefoot or feel comfortable in the space. 3. **Uninhabitable Conditions:** The entire house was in a deplorable state, lacking basic cleanliness and hygiene standards, rendering it uninhabitable. 4. **Foul Odor:** There was a persistent, unpleasant odor in the house that made our stay unbearable. 5. **Dirty Toilet:** The restroom was in such a filthy state that the female members of our group were unable to use it. 6. **Faulty Amenities:** Several rooms lacked functioning lights and fans, further adding to our discomfort and inconvenience. When we raised these issues with the property host, their response was both unhelpful and rude. They directed us to contact Make My Trip for assistance, refusing to take any responsibility for the deplorable condition of the property. As a result of this unacceptable experience, we were forced to find alternative accommodation on short notice, incurring additional unexpected expenses. This situation has greatly inconvenienced us and tarnished our travel experience. Therefore, we kindly request a full refund of the amount we paid for this booking. We believe that this is a fair resolution, given the substandard conditions and the uncooperative response from the host. Additionally, I want to emphasize that due to my health issues, it was imperative that we secure clean and suitable accommodations, which were not provided as promised. Our booking details are as follows: Booking ID:NH77100275624142 Property Name:Greek Villa with plunge Phool Baga We look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and the refund of our payment. The photos of the villa on the MakeMyTrip site were also very different from the actual condition of the property. The photos showed a clean, well-maintained villa but the actual villa was dirty, unkempt, and infested with bugs.
