Vodafone  Customer care department Gujarat.

Date: 28th Nov 2018

Subject: Change of address and Name

Respected Sir/Ma’am

I am Satyaranjan Das, an existing Vodafone postpaid connection subscriber registered by the number-9099688700. I am writing this mail to request you to kindly note down my new residential address details so that my monthly postpaid bill can be delivered to this address and not the old one. Also I have visited to nearest Vodafone Mini Store in Vyara City they are saying we are unable to change your address form here.so I request to Please consider my mail.

I shifted to New Room No.31,Vrundavandham Society, Kumbharwad, Vyara,Gujarat,394650, Since I receive my bills on my registered email address as well, I didn’t request the change of address earlier but I realize that the new residents of my old apartment have been receiving my bills and this has been causing them inconvenience. Thus please make sure that my new address is noted down and all the correspondence gets shifted to it from now onwards.

Also my name showing wrongly in Vodafone postpaid bill SATYA DAS As Per My Aadhar card SATYARANJAN DAS please change my name As per attached aadhar card for your reference.  

I have also made a telephonic request regarding the same today and hope that the change will be made at the earliest possible.
