To whom this may concern,
I am writing to request the removal of unauthorized credit inquiries on my TransUnion credit report. My latest credit report shows 1 CHAIRIDSPL credit inquiry that I did not authorize.
I am writing to dispute the following inquiry and ask for their assistance to remove from my credit report.
